历届经过奥运会洗礼的城市,总会吸引全世界关注的目光,现代奥运具有多元价值,它对举办国,尤其是举办城市的经济增长有明显的拉动作用。作为2008年奥运会帆船赛事承办城市,青岛从此刻上了奥运的标记,碧海白帆也成为青岛在全世界游客心目中的标志形象 。奥帆赛已经渐渐远去,但奥运效应对于青岛旅游业的影响则刚刚开始。本文运用文献资料法、归纳演绎法,在分析旅游品牌城市的内涵基础上,对青岛如何借助2008年奥帆赛的后续经济效应,在国内外旅游市场上塑造旅游品牌城市进行了初步探讨,同时提出了相应的策略。
