We acknowledge receipt of a notice of assignment from A Company (the "Chargor") of the Turnkey Agreement made between the Chargor and B Company referred to above (the "Agreement") in the terms set out above and confirm that:
(c) we have received no notice of any other assignment of the Chargor's interest in the Agreement nor of any charge thereof or the creation of any other interest therein;
(d) we shall comply with the terms of that notice;
(e) we have no right to object to the assignment by the Chargor of its interest in the Agreement to the Offshore Security Trustee (as defined above) or to the Offshore Security Trustee further assigning the same to any third party; and
