tea作为“茶;茶叶”时是不可数名词，如：I prefer tea to coffee. 我喜欢茶胜于咖啡。
但是tea作为“(一杯)茶”讲时是可数名词，如：Three teas and a coffee, please. 请来三杯茶一杯咖啡。
two teas 和two cups of tea两种说法都是可以的，但是不能说成是two cups of teas。
这题理论上两个都可以选，但是个人还是觉得a cup of tea比较好，因为前面说“请给‘我’……”，这里“我”就一个人，要一杯茶就够了哈。。。
