我想，在电视和电影中有暴力画面是非常正常的。每个人放松的方式不一样，有暴力色彩的电视或电影就像看拳击、摔角比赛一样，许多人看这些有暴力画面的电视和电影放松自己。而且，有一部分带有暴力的电视和电影可以让我们看清楚现实社会中不好的一些东西，如果真的发生时，我们应该怎么去面对这些问题。所以，我认为电视和电影中有没有暴力的东西在里面并不重要，重要的是我们怎么去看待。

I suppose that violent scenes in TV shows and movies are normal. Everybody has different ways of relaxing. There are people watching violent scenes to relax,just like watching boxing and wrestling contests.Moreover,some of the violent scenes can make us see through the bad things happening in the society and how we should react if that really happen to us. So, I think it is not important if there are violent scenes in TV shows and movies.It is more important for us to look upon it properly.

I consider that it is quite normal to have violent scenes in movies or TV shows, because everybody has their own way to relax just like watching boxing or wrestling programs(后面这句话不必要说，因为每什么意义）Futhermore, some violent movies can tell us what is happening right now in the society, and how do we face it if it really happened, therefore I think it really doesnt matter if we got those violent scenes in the movies or not,
