UC知道为什么我往移动硬盘安装winpe时会说ntoskrnl.exe文件找不到了

把网上下的winpe解压后复制到移动硬盘的根目录下，然后从移动硬盘启动时就出现：
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\system32\ntoskrnl.exe.
Please reinstall a copy of the above file.
怎么处理啊。

直接解压时不能启动的。
需要制作。一般的比较简单的方法就是：
使用ultraISO里面的【启动】——【写入硬盘映像】，然后选择你的移动硬盘然后重启就能引导了。
