Please describe how you would design a simple chat application in C#/WPF or Silverlight that supports both text and video and uses HTTP to communicate to a chat server. Describe the layout of the chat window. If you like, you can include images of your interface layout. 这个是题目啦.就是叫你用WPF来实现一个可以文本也可以语音聊天的客户端,还不要代码,只要画个设计图出来就完了

而且好像需要处理音频流之类的..
不太清楚 ,没搞过这个...
