这个best是副词，修饰try的，并不是their的宾语！
所以……
而且，好像也没有bests这种用法吧？！

try one's best 是固定用法，其中best不会因为人称的单复数而作变化的。只有记牢就行了。

try their best

try their best. 他们尽力做到最好。

try their best.这里best相当于抽象名词
