B、4个新品螺丝成本预算（螺丝工程师提供）；
C、11个委外加工新品成本预算（采购工程师提供）；
D、6个组装品成本预算，加工工艺及工时设定；
E、一套防虫纱窗所需部品成本预算。

4、产品开发：
A、制定防虫纱窗配套部品（30个子零件，6个完成品）开发日程计划；
B、会议召开：制定13套树脂模具开模及试样日程，安排联络各部门螺丝工程师、采购工程师等相关人员对相应新品进行开发并要求在日程计划内提供各样品；
C、组装加工治具设计开发，机器设备购买，原材料购买；
D、6个完成品组装试作，工时设定，SOP文书制作，性能实验测试；
5、正式生产：
A、所有部品（树脂、金属、外购、组装完成品）生产系统登录，SOP发放；
B、组装加工作业人员上岗前培训；
C、正式生产。
6、改善：
螺丝袋改善：原设计螺丝袋尺寸过大，减小其相应尺寸，对产品使用性能无任何影响，而成本一月能节省近2000元。
