i have a computer of french but i can not type chinese

i'm in french now, and i have a computer of french,but i can't type chinese!!i try to install the (langue chinese) but i can not find it in this computer,but with the computer of university, i can install it. what should i do? please help me!!!! thanks!!!!!!
