随着科技的进步和社会的发展，各种金融产品，金融服务已经深入到人们的生活中，而信用卡就是其中的代表。与发达国家和地区相比，国内银行的信用较弱，控制手段相对贫乏，从而在项目开展中忽视甚至放弃信用卡的信用中介功能，直接影响到信用卡业务的盈利水平。本文简要解释了什么是信用卡，分析信用卡在业务实施中的风险因素，介绍了项目风险管理的基本理论，原则与措施；工具与方法等，讨论了如何建立信用卡项目的风险管理体系，并针对性的引入项目风险管理，说明了在具体案例中的具体实施方法。从而明确信用卡项目实施中的方法及注意要点，促进信用卡业务在我国的健康发展。

Since the technology advancement and social development, all kinds of financial product and service have been deeply bonded with people's life, among which the symbol is credit card. In contrast with developped countries, Chinese credit system is weak and lacks control management so as to neglect the function of agency to credit card that it serious infulences the profit of credit card business.
This thesis illustrates briefly about the concept of credit card, analyses the risky elements in business operation. It also introduces the basic theory, principles, methods, tools and measures of project risk management system, disucsses how to establish the risk management system of credit card project, explains the details operation methods in actual cases. By that, we can define the operation methods and key points of ccredit card project to improve the healthy development of credit card business.
