some persons say that love makes the world go round.Others of a less romantic and more practical turn of mind say that it isn't money.But the truth is that it is energy that makes the world go tound.Energy is the currency of the ecological system and life becomes possible only when food is converted into energy,which in turn is used to seek more food to grow,to reproduce and to survive.On this cycle all life depends.

有些人说，是爱让这个世界在转动。那些缺乏浪漫却更加实际的人说也不是钱。而事情的真像是能量在使这个世界不断的运转。能量使得当前的生态系统和生命变为可能。只有当食物被转化为能量，而这些能量又被用来去寻找食物以获得增长、生产和生存。所有的生命都依赖这个循环。

有人认为是爱让世界运转起来。然而那些较现实不浪漫的人们认为有钱能使鬼推磨。但事实上是能量让这世界运转起来的。能量在生态系统中流通，让生命变成可能。当食物被转化成能量，（这些能量）再被用来寻找，种植，生产更多的食物，而存活。这个循环才是一切生命所依赖的。
