也已经安装了Windows Live Communications Platform，却还是无法登陆，也是写著同样的错误。

你先下载Windows Installer清理实用工具，在列表中把与Windows Live相关的项目全部清理掉，包括这个Windows Live Communications Platform，然后去微软官方主页去下载Windows Live Messenger2009的最新版本进行安装。
