最好有为什么选这个的原因 空格是there 我知道答案选B 但是不知道 为什么

排除A，没有it seems to be 的用法，只有it seems that 的用法。
排除C，that seems to be 那似乎是，不能表示有的意思。
排除D。here seems to be 这里似乎是，不能表示有的意思。
there seems to be little time left now（there be句型）现在似乎没有什么时间留下了。
