Usually our payment term is 30% deposit by T/T, and balance by L/C at sight, but for your combi vacuum tanker order, we suggest the payment term be:
a. 10% deposit by T/T
B. 90% balance by L/C at sight.

For addition, I drafted the proforma invoice and attached it in this email, supposing that you provide the truck. Plz check it.

如果这是商务信函的话明显很多地方有错误的
信头称呼,应该是dear Raymond 开头,如果Raymond是人家的姓的话,你应该
用dear Mr.Raymond

我这只是稍稍修改了一下,应该没有什么大错了

两点意见供参考:

1、付款条件这块,你们为什么要给10%前TT的优惠,你可以说你向老板申请特批的,考虑到是老客户;

2、最后这个形式发票,不用那么着急,还是等对方确认下单的时候,你们再提供,多几个邮件往来就行了,还增进交流。
