我英语一般，感觉是成立的，但一看就是中国英语，
外国人习惯这么写：Sometimes he does it this way and sometimes he doesn't

从语法上讲是对的，但就它的意思来说，英语语感好的人都会感觉不太合适
所以我觉得：1.你应该吧does it换掉，换成具体的短语.2.因为他的主语相同，你应该把这两个小句合成一个长句，例如：
Sometimes he repairs(修理) the car in this way and sometimes in that way.
这样是最自然、最正确的。
