本论文在导师的教授和指导下，结合顺义电视台6+2讯道数字转播车的设计与使用，同时根据目前电视制作领域的实际需求，了解和对比了国内外高、标清转播车发展的现状；总结了转播车系统设计应当遵循的原则：技术先进、系统稳定、功能灵活、运行可靠、投资经济、布局合理、检修操作便利等；论述了转播车车体系统、配电系统、空调系统、视频系统、音频系统、通话系统、跳线系统、接口系统等各子系统的设计要点、设备选型以及功能特点；结合实例介绍了如何将转播车从6讯道扩展为8讯道、如何实现一级切换并车以及如何解决转播车在日常使用中常见的故障；最后，通过探究顺义电视台转播车设计中存在的缺陷和改进措施，论述了电视转播车设计使用中应注意的各种问题，指出进一步研究工作的方向。
