UC知道关于grow，grow 有被动的吗？

关于grow的用法我一直都搞不懂，比如，我好像记得grow没有被动的，是吗？请大家结合如下两题帮说说。
1.改错题：Anyone ever asks how old she is ,she always answers,“It must be terrible to be growing up.”
growing--grown 为什么啊？
2.The whole morning as he waited for the result of the interview ,his worry ______.
A grew
B is growing
C has grown
答案是A ，为什么呢？

答案是A ，为什么呢？
1.长大就是主动语态，没必要用它的过去分词，而且前面还有一个be,所以只能用分词的ing形式；
2grow还有一个意思是增加，产生，在这里即取此意，相当于increase，B现在进行时肯定不对，事情发生在过去，C是现在完成时，要有明显的时间标志表明他完成了，句子中没有，故不选C。 不对你来找我。
1.固定搭配：grown up 长大的，成熟的，成年的
PS：中间可以用“-”来连接，没有也可以
例句：what do you want to be when you are grown up?
你长大了想做什么？
2.没必要用现在完成时，整句都是一般过去时。
最后，grow一般没有被动，只有在解释为种植的时候可以用被动：
例句：i grow some roses.
= Some roses are growed by me.
grown up 长大的，成熟的是个词组
这不是被动用法
因为是过去的时态，所以不能用现在的时态，B,C都是现在的时态
