为什么现在www.hotmail.com的网页处于“找不到服务器”状态

打开cn.msn.com的网页，点击hotmail,为什么总是显示找不到服务器。
偶尔打开一次怎么从原来的中文页面变成英文的了。

我和你一样,不知何故,也许是被屏蔽了吧
