我最喜欢的运动
我喜欢唱歌,我称之为有氧运动。唱歌并不是千遍一律的,其技巧变化万千,内容可以每天更新,保持了一定的新鲜感,唱歌需要身心投入,在呼吸、举手投足之间达到运动的效果,道理堪比瑜伽,而且还能发泄压力,不限制场地、人数、年龄,只要你喜欢,随时都可以唱,实在是全民皆宜的运动。
我是通过唱歌这项有氧运动来保持心情舒畅、身体畅快的,至今效果还不错。

我最喜欢的运动
众多运动项目中,我最喜欢打羽毛球,因为羽毛球是全身运动的,不但可以锻练身体的灵活性,也可使身心得到健康发展。羽毛球需要两人一起才能进行,既可培养群体的精神,也可增进友谊。如果体弱多病的人,也可以尝试以羽毛球这运动增强自己的体魄。
我认为,大家还是应该根据自己身体的特点和体能状况开展一些力所能及的体育活动,生命在于运动,真是健康生活的不二法则。
