咖啡对皮肤到底是有害还是有益

的确,喝咖啡好坏参半,但是根据哈弗大学公共卫生学院一项为时22年的研究,发现每天3~5杯的咖啡总的来说对身体还是有益的。

虽然自己知道的也是道听途说,
但有一点自己是坚信的,
就是决无害.

因为本人自己就是咖啡爱好者,
自己的很多中外客户也都是咖啡爱好者,
年龄段从三十几岁到六十几岁的男女老少都有,
皮肤都一级棒就是最好的解释.

喝咖啡的好处
咖啡含有一定的营养成份 咖啡的烟碱含有维他命B,而且烘焙过的咖啡豆比生咖啡豆含量多。其他的还含有游离脂肪酸、咖啡因、丹宁酸等。
