比较句的形式

首先, She is tall than me.是错句，你应该是想打She is taller than me.吧.
你所问的比较句可归纳成下面三种可能：
主语+be+形容词比较级+than+主格+be.
主语+be+形容词比较级+than+主格.
主语+be+形容词比较级+than+宾格.
只有第一种加be.第二种省略了be.第三种的出现因为第二种的影响。把第二种的than重新分析成介词而非连词，所以就变成加宾格代词（me等）了。第一种是最经典的，最后一种是新兴的，对讲究语法的人来说会认为是错的。
所以说有的有be，有的没有是因为有以上三种句型。
最后，李明的头发比他的短。的翻译：
Li Ming's hair is shorter than his.
当然你也可以说
Li Ming's hair is shorter than his （hair） is. 但前一种自然些。

me 后面不能加 因为是宾格.如果than后面是主格 就要加谓语
例如She is taller than I am.
She has more pens than I do.
所以，than后面是主格就要加谓语，其中谓语根据主句主语的谓语改变；如果than后面是宾格，就不用加谓语。

she is taller than me 这是错误的句子，但是大家习惯了。

正确的是， she is taller than I 后面可以加am 或者省略。

不用了，还有，那tall要用比较级的taller 一般的比较级都是在后面加er，特殊的除外。

be动词在这只修饰主语的，宾语就不用了。
