runtime error意思是系统运行错误。
接下来的是零散文件，是由于病毒破坏的，只能还原或者重装系统了
有备份的话就还原一下。要是没有 就从装
系统运行出错，恢复最后正确配置看下
系统老化 有的文件被你误删了
从新安装操作系统，没有别的办法
