摘 要
从当前企业风险管理的角度，研究企业财务风险的控制问题，对进我国现代企业制度的建立和完善，保障企业更好的生存与发展，促进我国国民经济的健康、可持续发展，具有明显现实意义和一定术价值。本文在借鉴国内外相关企业财务风险控制理论和方法的基础上，提企业财务风险控制的目标及原则、企业财务风险控制的内容、步骤企业财务风险的生成和传导，并介绍了企业财务风险人工神经网络方法和企业财务综合指标回归模型评估方法。本文还通过对企业财险类别进行细分，提出了对于不同类型的财务风险采取有针对性的相关因素进行分析的方法。通过分析各种类型风险相关因素指标的、意义、影响以及不足之处，来判断企业财务风险的大小、严重程同时再配合概率分析方法、杠杆分析方法等方法对企业财务风险进析计量。最后针对不同类型财务风险提出了相应的控制方法，使企务风险能够及时有效地受到预防和控制，使企业财务风险控制做到放矢。
