Onceupon a time, there was a boy who's girlfriend wanted to break up with him.
He felt so anxiety because he loves his girlfriend so much, but no one can force a relationship.
He heard some gossiper form his friends that she was dating with a guy.
He coundn't and even didnt want to believe it, becaus that hurt so mush, until one day he saw his girl with an other guy.
They were quite intimate and the girl looked so happy.
His heart was break at that moment.
Finally, he discovered that the rival is a medical school student and his famliy own a big hospital.
he couldn't sleep for thinking about saving thrie relationship.
At last, he made a big decision that he would give an apple to her everyday.
