文章是关于企业危机管理的研究。主要是关于企业突发性危机事件，目的是为了提高企业危机管理水平、企业长久永续经营提供理论上的依据和应对危机实践上的具体操作措施。文章总结了企业危机和企业危机管理相关的理论知识，其次从管理角度分析“三鹿事件”产生的原因，由此提出我国企业危机管理的现状，最后提出企业在应对危机时平时应该做好一系列管理层次上的问题把握管理上大体方向。文章也提到政府部门也应该积极地采取措施帮助企业成功应对企业危机，在这方面政府是责无旁贷的。文章最后总结“三鹿事件”的经验教训。
