细胞膜透性实验中，葡萄糖为什么不能发生溶血现象？

因为葡萄糖能够进入红细胞呀，红细胞内外环境都等渗，红细胞就不会吸水，红细胞膜就不破裂而溶血了。

你都说了是等渗的了。哪来的水的进出细胞。。。。。。

Hyptonic solution is able to lyse the red cells in the case of so big salt concentration difference between inner and outside the cells that mechanically cell membrane can not hold the cell contents and burst, releasing hemoglobin and other contents into the solution. If you use isotonic glucose solution, the osmosis outside the red cells is equal to the osmosis inside. Then no pressure will form on the membrane, membrane is intact, hemolysis will not occur.
