I worked there as student job, so part-time. The working hours are normally from 15:30 to 23:00 and sometimes during the weekend. If you take night shift, it will be from 23:00 to 8:00. Normally they hope you can speak more than English and Danish, for they server the whole Europe in the day time (Europe). As part-time, you only need to speak in English, for the people call at that time will be from US and Canada. There are lots of foreigners there, from whole europe. So they don't mind if you are foreigner.

At my time, the admin level are Danish, and German, italian. I don't know now. but i believe the director still be Danish.
