Going-concern principle holids that the entity will remain in operation for the foreseeable future.it will use its assets to carry on its operations,and with the expection of merchandise ,not offer the assets for sale.If an entity will not continue into the future(for example,due to bankruptcy),the historical cost figures will be irrelewant and liquidation walues will be reported.

holids原则,持续经营实体将保持在可预见的产品将利用其资产进行操作,并与期望的商品,而不是提供资产出售如果实体并不会持续到未来的(例如,由于破产)、历史成本数据将irrelewant walues和清算报告。
