As a student, we must take care of our health and develop a good habit, so that we can enjoy our life in school. Here are some suggestions for us to keep in good physical condition.
First, more fruits and vegetables can help us improve our health conditions. So eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains, particularly oats, beans and legumes; the fiber slows digestion, limiting spikes and drops in blood insulin and sugar levels.
Second, we should take more exercise, because more exercise may help us promote the blood circulation, speeds up the metabolism. And also, exercise can make us feel happy and have more confidence.
