UC知道请教高手Arcgis 安装之后，无法打开

LMTOOLS一切正常；This license can be checked out；Server Start Successful;Reread Server License File Completed.
hostname 核对后也没有问题，可是装完Arcgis desktop 打开的时候，还是显示下面这些，有高手知道怎么回事吗？？？不胜感激。。。。。。
provide your license server administrator with the following information;
License server machine is down or not responding.
see the system administrator about starting the license server system, or
make sure you're referring to the right host (see LM_LICENSE_FILE).
Feature: ARC/INFO
Hostname: Not_set
License path: @Not_set;
FLEnet Licensing error: -96,7. System Error: 11001 "WinSock: Host not found (HOST_NOT_FOUND)"
也试过进入arcgis—>desktop administrator—>licence manager里面修改名称,但是显示如下:
The computer you chose is not a valid license server or is running an older version of the License Manager.
从而修改不了~~~~问题到底出在哪里啊~~~

arcgis9.3 吧？ 是不是单机的arcview版吧？在破解包里有个注册表文件，导入就可以了。
你得改一下服务器名称，具体操作是arcgis—>desktop administrator—>licence manager，将licence manager的名称改成正确的计算机名称就行了
