非常感谢您上次的来信重新找回了我的账号,而且您给我发了一封重置密码的邮件,但是问题是当我打开这封邮件的时候重置密码的网页已经失效了,
我试着通过在网页来找回密码,却发现我记不起密码保护的答案,这个密码依然在你们的手中没有更改,.所以请您再一次发一封重置密码的邮件使我能在网页上直接修改. 谢谢

This is my second time that I e-mail you about my pasword reseting issues,I didn't receive your answer for a while,then I decide to write you again.

I am really appreciate your service for last time, I did receive your e-mail for reseting the password,but the problem is when I check that e-mail,the website is already overdued,that means I didn't make it.

Now I am trying to get my password back through the website,but I cann't remember the answers for the password protection.
So in this case,the password didn't get modifed and it still there,and could you send me that password reseting e-mail to me again? and I can directly modify my password through the website.Thank you
