我试着给你译一下吧：

A single man handles a single task. Two can still share the work. Three people together，nothing can be done in the end.
上面这个直译就是“一个人可以独立完成一项工作；两个人可以分担这项工作；三个人一起,最后什么都干不成。”
比较牵强。等待高手继续指教。

这个是谚语，普通翻译应该不行~~~~

One monk is able to drink. Two monks carry the water to drink. Three monks have no water to drink.
