摘要:随着经济的发展,中小企业在国家经济中所占的比率越来越大,所作出的贡献举足轻重。由于中小企业自身特殊的原因,企业所有者自身素质的限制,许多企业都没有能够建立起完善的内部激励机制,使这些企业的发展缓慢,增加了企业的经营成本,影响了员工的心理。中小企业要能够得到长足的发展,就必须改变观念,深化改革,建立合理的薪酬制度,完善员工培训与职业发展工作,建立科学的用人机制,创造良好的工作环境,建立完善的内部激励机制,加强企业文化建设。本文在阐述中小企业缺乏完善的激励机制的基础上,分析其缺乏完善的激励机制的主要原因及其影响,并提出了应对方案。

Abstract: With the development of the economy, there is an ever increasing number of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) which play a very significant role in the national economy. Due to the uniquenes of SMEs and the constraints brought about by lack of quality of many business owners, many companies have not been able to establish an effective internal incentive mechanism. This results in the slow development of these enterprises as well as an increase in their operating costs, thus affecting the employees' mentality. In order to achieve rapid development, SMEs must change their traditional way of thinking, deepen reforms, establish a rational system of employee remuneration, improve staff training and career development, establish a scientific sysstem for recruiting personnel, create a good working environment, establish an effective internal incentive mechanism and strengthen the development of enterprise culture.
