Abstract: With the development of the economy, there is an ever increasing number of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) which play a very significant role in the national economy. Due to the uniquenes of SMEs and the constraints brought about by lack of quality of many business owners, many companies have not been able to establish an effective internal incentive mechanism.
