这是there be的就近原则，初中语法，看紧跟在be动词后的是单还是复数。
Is there an apple and five bananas?

Is there an apple and five bananas?

Are there one apple and five babanas？

就进原则嘛。。 用is

Is there one apple and three bananas或 Are there three bananas and one apples如果苹果在annd前靠近there用(即单数)is.如果香蕉在and前〈即复数〉用are

there is an apple and 5 bananas
就近，看离他最近你的是单数还是双数。
