为了美化经营环境，增强企业文化氛围，树立良好的企业对外形象，就甲方所在地室内外环境绿化及花卉景观绿植租摆等需要,甲乙双方本着平等互利的原则，经过友好协商，甲方委托乙方承包花卉景观绿植租摆业务，为明确双方责任，维护双方的合法权益及利益，特签订本合同，内容如下：
一、租摆花卉景观绿植的品种、规格及数量（详见租摆设计方案）。
二、服务期限： 年 月 日起至 年 月 日止。
三、租金：根据租摆设计方案摆放的植物品种规格和数量收取租金，如有需要增加一定数量的植物，可根据变动日期按月计算租摆费用，每月结帐前乙方为甲方出具当月租摆植物费用清单，甲乙双方各持一份。
四、付款方式：
□ 月付：甲方于每个合同月开始3日内付给乙方当月花木租摆费用。
□ 季付：甲方于每个合同季度开始的3日内提前一次性付给乙方本季度花木租摆费用(如遇国家法定节假日，付款日期可根据节假日期顺延)，季付租金可享受季度租金3%的折扣优惠。
□ 年付：甲方于每个合同年度开始的3日内一次性付给乙方本年度花木租摆费用，年付租金可享受全年租金8%的折扣优惠。

五、甲方权利及义务：
1、甲方提供摆放花木的场地，并确保乙方花卉日常养护所需的水、温度、光照等条件。
2、甲方有权对乙方提供租摆花卉的数量、品种、规格及质量提出要求并进行指导监督。在合同范围以外如需增加摆放植物数量，应及时与乙方协商，摆放后应立即签订附加合同。
3、甲方如需要更换花卉摆放位置，应及时通知乙方办理，未经乙方允许，私自搬动更换位置，造成花卉死亡和套盆损坏，应由甲方按损坏花卉或盆器的原价值负责赔偿。
4、甲方有权根据节日、重要活动及经营作息时间要求乙方按照规定时间进行花卉日常养护，如遇临时变动，甲方须及时通知乙方以便协调双方时间安排。如果由于甲方的原因，不能让乙方按时进行常规养护，花卉由于缺水缺肥等原因造成的折损或死亡，甲方按照折损花卉的原价值负责赔偿。
