【急急急】求一道国际贸易与实物案例题的解法答案！！！！！速速~~~~~

我方某公司A与新加坡B公司以CIFSingapore条件出口一批土特产品，货运到新加坡后，B公司发现货物的质量有问题，但B公司仍将原货运至马来西亚，其后，B公司在合同规定的索赔期限内凭马来西亚商检机构签发检验证书，向A公司提出退货或者打六折处理。
问：1，A公司应该如何处理？为什么？
2，若A，B有多年业务来往，A公司事先知道B公司拟将货物转卖给马来西亚某客户，A公司又应该如何处理？？

1.如果确实有质量问题，那么可以比较一下损失。1.到从新加坡运回的费用，本批土特产在本地或者再销售的损失。2.从新加坡直接销售到别的国家或者客户的损失3.打六折的损失。 三者取其轻。

如果认为质量没有问题，可以仲裁或者起诉。

2.货物有可能是新加坡到马来西亚路途上损坏，新方必须提供证明。

Firstly, company should tell if the quality of goods is surely have defaults, if does, they should find the way which let them loss least. I think there are there ways to choose, 1.back goods and sell in dominate market, 2.sell to foreign customer after notice them the disadvantage 3. give original customer 40% dicount.
Pls pay attention the first one, we only pay the ocean from SG to CN.

2.the goods maybe have loss on the away from SG to MR. so we need the cetification form SG company.
