请教英语大师们，为什么是had accumulated而不是had been accumulated.如果是从accumulate 是个不及物动词方面解释的话，好像也不太适合，英语这个单词也可以是及物动词。谢谢

这个词既可以及物，也能不及物，所以按语法来说，二者均可。但是一般来说，这个词英美人习惯用不及物的用法

这个句子是省略了主语\

THAT 后边加上SHE
