不过你的信里的语气实在是让人难以接受，你这个是很明显的指责语气，换了是别人，也会感觉不舒服。
客户没有义务必须回复你，这个你一定要搞清楚。
I don’t get your reply. What’s wrong with this?
这句话应该改为， You must be very busy in the coming Xmas holiday,we would like to have your response at your convenience.

这个邮件个人建议如此回复。

I apologize for my words.My boss urged me everyday and I was under the high pressure. Please understand.

So glad to know that you plan to visit us in Jan.We will contact you early of Jan.

你在上一封信里犯了一个小语法错误，应该是I didn't get your reply. 两者的意思可是差很多哦。另外what's wrong with this也太生硬了，商务英语里尽量应该委婉一些。回信按楼上的写就OK。
