semi-gargantuan是否是：“有点高大“。
2、 I was unshaven , so perhaps I looked like an extremely derivative criminal.
全句译为：“我因没刮胡子可能由此我看来像个极端的罪犯。“
derivative 意为：“由外表（没刮胡子）推测出“。
