☆ 产品用途
本产品适用于钢铁及含铁金属表面脱氧除锈，干燥后形成底漆层。该底漆层具有与一般防腐漆相同的作用，可广泛应用于钢结构旧漆层的维修和钢结构制造时的二次除锈。
☆主要特征
——脱氧除锈并形成底漆层
——去除锈迹
——去除旧漆膜表面的粉化层
——涂层能耐400℃高温，且明火又不燃烧
——可与环氧漆，聚氨脂漆，丙稀酸漆等各类尤其配套
——本涂料在运输时无危险，在施工中无毒害
☆使用特点
——以清水作稀释剂，稀释量在1~5倍，即一份原液加1—5份水，且水分又不足会影响使用效果（详见施工工艺说明书）
——可在潮湿的钢表面施工
——可在高温度的环境中施工
——可在含有易燃气体的环境中安全施工
——土层不易在阳光下爆晒，其外必须有外土层
☆用法及用量
——可用刷涂，滚涂，喷涂等方法施工
——每公斤原液在稀释后可涂50—60mm一道
☆包装及储存
——10Kg，25Kg，塑料桶包装，也可按用户要求包装
——避阳光直接照射存放
——保质期8—12个月
