前两者都是表示：在...情况或条件下；假若；倘若；除非
I will agree to go provided/providing that my expense are paid.
假如为我负担费用，我就同意去。
Provided we get good weather it will be a succeful holiday.
如果天气良好，我们的假日将过的非常好。

后者表示：假定；假设；假如：Supposeing that it rains,can we play the match indoors?要是下雨的话，我们在室内比赛行吗？
