5、施工现场电工必须持证上岗，严格遵守各项用电规程，严禁违章作业。非电工人员，不得擅自动拆电器，造成事故，追究当事人直接责任。
6、施工现场应设专人做好消防准备，消防工具应齐备，并设专人看管，严禁挪威他用。
7、施工机械进出场，要注意危桥、陡坡、陷地核防止碰撞电杆、房屋等，以免造成事故。
8、施工前，对邻近施工现场的建筑物、构筑物基地山地下管线必须检查，并采取有效措施确保安全。
