The enviroment is so noisy that we can't enjoy our meals in good mood.
I suggest that there be some soft music to help us relax.
请问一下这里为什么要用there be some soft music to help us relax.而不用there are .还是这句话本省就错了呢？谢谢解答。

这里是对的，只是一个虚拟句而已suggest that之后接的从句中动词应该用(should) +动词原形，当然should可以省掉！所以上面的句子其实就是The enviroment is so noisy that we can't enjoy our meals in good mood.
I suggest that there should be some soft music to help us relax.只不过should被省掉而已！
