It looks good, however, the test plan leaves me with some questions and comments for your team.
1. Comment: No iPod should be required for the factory test.
a. They are fragile and will wear quickly.
b. A test dongle that loops back the TX/RX serial data and provides some test connections should be better.
c. The firmware will look for the serial data loop-back and then activate a quick self-test routine as indicated in my PPT file.
d. The firmware will consider the dongle is present and then speed through the firmware based testing.
