How can i lost my weight

i graduated one year ago ,and haved worked in an office. Suddenly i find a horrific thing. since one year ago,my weight
increaced rapid.i really wanna know how to reduce my weight

Walk home and walk to the office everyday.

do more exercise and think more everyday ,i think you'll lose your weight

By proper excerises and a balance diet.It's easy,but it's a long way to go.

1.Keep on doing exercice at least 40minutes every day ,if your home is not far from your office(less than 40minutes' walk),you'd better walk to your office instead of taking a bus or a car.
2.don't eat junk food,try to put as less oil as you can in your dish.
3.Don't stayed up offen,espesily,if you have to, you must sleep during 3am to 5am,lack of sleeping will get in the way of body recyle,it's bad for you health.
Finaly,wish you lose your weight successfuly.

1.15 minutes standing after meals
2. proper exercise after work
3. more vegetables and fruits but less meat
4. more thinking
