there is sth 和 sth is there的区别是什么？

there be 是存在句式，表示客观存在的东西，译为那里有什么东西。是陈述语句。
而sth is there是强调东西的位置，
比如there is a dog.
译为那有条狗。
where is the dog?
the dog is there.
很明显后一句强调的不是是否有一条狗，而是强调，那条狗在哪里。

there is sth 是一个固定句型，表示有。。。，存在。。。
sth is there是某物在那里而不是在这里的意思，强调在那里

there is sth 某地有某物
