10. This confidentially agreement contains all currently existing representations and agreements between the contracting parties with regard to the object of the agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement and automatically supersedes any other oral communications. No variation, amendment or addition to this agreement shall be effective except by written agreement signed by one of the undersigned parties.

本机密协议包含关于本协议目的的缔约双方间的所有现时存在的陈述和协议。本协议为完整协议，自动取代所有其他口头表述。除非经如下签字方书面签字同意，否则对本协议的任何变更、修改或添加当属无效。
