注意：是Where

对。
是问 你妈妈是做什么的

就是问职业

或者也可以这么问 what's your mother's job?

哦 或者说是提问者知道对方的职业 而询问的是对方工作的地方
如：

-what's your mother's job
-she's a teacher
-then where does your mother do?
-at XXX school

不过这么就有点牵强了

这句话有问题，意思都理解不了。

就是问你妈妈的职业的~~~
