关於加拿大领事馆约见函回复的问题，250高分！

我是家庭团聚类移民，已收到领事馆的约见函，上面要我提供老婆的电话，传真去香港。
问：
可以用中文书写么？
如何表明自己是约见对象？怕传真石沉大海...

请懂得的朋友帮忙，最好是有过这种经验的。谢谢先

It is my honor to receive the appointment letter from your respective consulate. According to the document's demand, I will now fax the contact number of my guarator to you respectively.

I believe, in conjuction of the time difference, my guarantor should be at home within the appointed time. If in case he/she cannot be reach through his/her mobile and house phone it will be because he/she is still in the office on working purposes.
