上传视频到youtube失败

我在上传过程中100%后遇到错误: There was an error uploading your video,if you are behind a proxu/firewall please ues the alternate upload method.
意思我大概看懂了 但是就是不知怎么办 求高手帮忙
proxu错了
是 proxy 不好意思
